HI EVERYONE IM IN CHINA!!!
It still doesnt feel real for me yet even though im in China!!!
Anyway, this is my third time on the computers but i dont have very long left..
I'll just say that I am having heaps of fun, the food is alright but most of it is good though and i'm seeing lots of great places.
Today we are going to Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.
Tomorrow is Great Wall.
The next day we will go to homestays and then we get back have one night at Huijia and come home!!!
Lots of people take photos of me because I have brown hair and blue eyes when they have brown or black eyes!~~~~~~
Quite annoying though because one old granny tried to kiss me on the cheek with her yellow wonky teeth!!: But I moved away JUST in time...
Thank goodness...
Anyway,
Must be off now,
Bye,

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm so excited I can't put it into words.....IM SPEECHLESS! I can't believe that a year ago I would just think of China as "Oh, it's a big country, i'll never go there." And now I am! You don't realise how exciting going to a new country can actually be until you get the chance! AND IM SAYING CHANCE WELL TAKEN! Its only one more night until we head off tomorrow at lunch time. I just was at the city and I saw the BEST Australian souvenir shop, so I walked in and bought two aussie teatowels, two aussie pencil cases and 2 books with photos of Fremantle, Rottnest and Perth in (so I can say, this is where I live)!
Better catch up on sleep and finish off packing,
Bye,
Emily
P.S. Soon to be, Ai Mi Li (my chinese name) :D

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's soo close until China!! I can't believe we will be on the plane to CHINA in 2 days and 22 odd hours!! I'm in a homestay with either Ainsley or Tori because I really didn't want to be in a homestay alone. Mrs.McKay and Mrs. Lowe have given us China booklet things and it has facts about the places we are going to and diary entries. Today at assembly: Ainsley, Tori, Milly, Sam and I got presented with a certificate saying we are Honorary Youth Ambassador's for Western Australia. The certificate was from Colin Barnett, Premier of Western Australia. I am now a Honorary Youth Ambassador! I might make another post later but right now I am packing! See you, bye, Emily!

CHINA!!
I'm so excited! We are going on Monday so its a week until CHINA!! Woohhh..... We were in the Melville Times yesterday and they had a article about us going to China. Oberthur Primary School and Bateman Primary School are the schools going to China.
I am going to start packing soon, just in case I need to buy anything before we leave. Speaking of things I need to buy, we are supposed to buy our homestays a gift (which I haven't bought yet)!!
We meet at the airport on Monday at 1pm and then we have a stop-over at Singapore. When we get to China, we go to the school HuiJia Private School and we have a Welcoming Ceromony! Straight afterwards we go to our first homestay for the weekend. It will be really busy those first couple of days and I hope I will be able to cope with all of it!
